LGBTQ+ people represent less than 0.8% of seats on Fortune 500 Boards and 1.2% of the NASDAQ seats. Formed in 2022, the Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors is trying to change this as the first and only organization to provide services, support, and networking on behalf of LGBTQ+ existing and aspiring Board Members.
