PROGRAM SUMMARY
This program highlights the key components of purposeful leadership for management. The Bonar Institute has created a modular learning format that breaks down the key components of purposeful leadership for management. This format has been designed to maximize learning opportunities by leveraging real-life examples and scenarios through active discussion.
The main objectives of the program are focused on developing the knowledge and skills required to lead with purpose; identifying how purpose and core values impact people, performance and profit; and uncovering actionable insights that create value to stakeholders and foster company vision and culture.

DIGITAL ON-DEMAND Option
This option provides the opportunity for clients with participating leaders and managers who are geographically dispersed to leverage the benefits of the program through the Bonar Institute’s online digital platform. Complete with coaching and engagement with BI advisors and program facilitators, online learning modules are designed to provide cost effective access at scale to larger groups of participants.

James has over 30 years of experience in Canada and the United States as a senior executive in business and the non-profit sector and as a management consultant and professional executive coach. He has particular insight into the human dynamics underlying practical business situations. He formed the Bonar Institute for Purposeful Leadership to empower other senior executives to become impactful and purposeful leaders. His goal is to empower executives to lead with purpose and to successfully navigate disruptive change in a VUCA World.

Michael has extensive international experience as a manager, leader, and coach. He has worked in engineering, network operations, technology, sales and media. His clients are global, and a large share have come from mining, financial services, technology, energy, architecture, and consulting. In his work with leaders, Michael supports them to manage, lead, and coach their people to outstanding results. His work with teams is grounded in creating a shared understanding of each other, the team’s purpose, and a shared vision for what is possible. His goal is to build the best leaders possible so that work becomes a place of possibility, innovation and achievement where vision, understanding, clarity and agility describe the work context.
