Leadership is a tangible asset beyond the balance sheet. It is the glue that ensures the sustainability of current performance upon which a valuation has been determined for investment rounds and exits.
The quality of C-Suite leadership and Boards is critical to an organization’s ability to ensure the highest possible valuation. If the organization is being acquired, it is critical to the acquirer that they are onboarding a leadership team and board that act in a manner that is grounded in purposeful intent and character. Leadership excellence must be seen to represent a positive contributor to the future direction of the enterprise.
PROGRAM SUMMARY
The Bonar Institute has tailored an extension of its Purposeful Leadership for Management program to serve as a key component to the foundational preparation that maximizes the valuation of the organization by establishing a purposeful mechanism for evaluating the viability of the acquired or existing leadership teams.
This Program is for C-Suite leadership and management teams, Boards, and their directors who are engaged in a liquidation event, an IPO, a merger or an acquisition, or a Series fundraising effort.
The main objectives of the program are focused on the infrastructure that is required to create value for shareholders beyond the transaction; understanding the fact that good governance and leadership are an integral part of a strong value-creation plan necessary to justify aggressive valuations; and how the emergence of transformative value creation levers is influencing underlying success with value creation programs that include strategic sourcing plans, integrated tax planning and a model for working capital success.

His goal is to build the best leaders possible so that work becomes a place of possibility, innovation and achievement where vision, understanding, clarity and agility describe the work context.
