This results-driven, 7-month program focuses on client accountability and purposeful application as you carry out your leadership and managerial responsibilities.
Step 1: EQ 360 Leadership Report
By benchmarking your attributes prior to the coaching sessions, we create a more personalized and effective coaching experience. The EQ 360 leadership assessment links emotional intelligence and leadership development based on the following factors: self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal relations, decision-making and stress management.
Step 2: Discovery Meeting
We meet with you and your superior to reach a common understanding and agreement on areas of leadership development and desired outcomes.
Step 3: Debrief of EQ 360 and Program Design
We meet with you to establish SMART goals aligned with points highlighted in the EQ 360 assessment and the discovery meeting.
Step 4: Coaching Sessions
These one-to-one sessions are tailored to meet the agreed-upon objectives.
Step 5: Mid-point Progress Report
We meet with you and your superior to review progress and make any required modifications to the coaching program.
Step 6: End-of-engagement Assessment
We meet with you to review your achievements and highlight areas of focus for ongoing success.
