- What does it cost your organization?

- What is your manager saying about it?
- Is it hurting quality?
- Is it hurting productivity?
- Is it hurting customer service and loyalty?
- How does it impact turnover?
- What is the cost to get a new employee?
- What is the impact on how you spend your time vs. how you want to spend your time?
- What is the impact on how much time you spend at work?
- What other costs do you notice?
- If nothing is done, What will be the impact on your career?
